How we handle your information.

What we collect. When you join or contact the Oklahoma Irrigators' Alliance, we collect your name, email, phone, mailing address, farm, business or organization name, county, membership level, and irrigated acres.

How we use it. We use this information to manage your membership, process dues, send receipts and renewal notices, and communicate with you about Alliance business. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments. Dues are processed securely by Stripe. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this website.

Who can see it. Alliance staff and board members who manage membership, and the service providers that run our website, payments and records (Squarespace, Stripe, Google and Zapier) on our behalf.

Your choices. You can update your payment details or cancel anytime through Manage my membership, or email admin@okirrigators.com to update or remove your information.
